Erroneous "Subscription Expired" Pop-ups

Erroneous "Subscription Expired" Pop-ups

Within the past 24-48 hours, a popup that indicates an expired subscription has appeared for some users.

This popup is erroneous and is the result of some back end server issues that have been occurring at Cloudmark. We expect these issues to be resolved soon.

In the mean time, the popup can be ignored and if there appear to be any issues with your Cloudmark DesktopOne subscription, restarting your computer should resolve them.
